Josh Cantwell is Head of Offshore at PERse International.

Prior to joining PERse International, Josh worked at GCube as a specialist underwriter of renewable energy risks. Before transitioning into renewable energy, Josh spent 10 years at Talbot Syndicate 1183 as an Upstream Energy Underwriter, later serving as Interim Head of Energy with responsibility for managing the syndicate’s global upstream portfolio.
