Education:
Henry holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer.

Background:
Henry has extensive experience working for BP as an engineer in the Wells department, with assignments across the North Sea, Angola, Mauritania, Senegal, and Egypt. He transitioned into the insurance sector in 2024, joining Zurich Insurance as an Upstream Risk Engineer, where he travelled internationally to survey sites.

Henry is a member of the Joint Natural Resources Committee at Lloyd’s of London. In 2025, he moved into claims as a Team Leader for Energy, Marine, and Construction, and currently also serves as the Line of Business Head for Upstream Claims.
