David is an engineer with 20 years’ experience in risk management, including over 15 years in reinsurance.

David has a broad understanding of the different aspects of insurance and reinsurance, with experience ranging from broking, risk engineering, underwriting insurance and treaties as well as prudential requirements and all legal aspects of a P&C carrier.

Since 2018, David is the Global Head of Energy for SCOR, managing underwriting activities across Mining, Upstream Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables and Onshore Energy.
