Dele joined the Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) in October 2022 as Senior Executive, Technical Underwriting where he focuses on the energy portfolio.

Dele joined the LMA from Allied World Europe (2004 – 2022) where he was Vice President Claims, working across Property & Energy, Construction, and Aviation & Marine.
