Henry graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance and joined Lloyd’s of London on their graduate training program in 2014 where he completed the Advanced Diploma in Insurance. Henry then joined the Marsh Energy Casualty team where he worked as a placement broker before joining Lockton in 2019 and ending up as their Head of Energy and Power Casualty. In July 2023, Henry re-joined Marsh to be the Placement Leader for Casualty in the Energy and Power Division where he now specialises in the marketing and placement of Third Party Liability policies.
