James joined TMGX in 2021, bringing with him experience from Aon Risk Solutions, where he held the position of Insurance Broker. This early experience provided a strong foundation in client engagement and risk placement across complex infrastructure projects.

Through working on both the onshore and offshore side of the renewables spectrum, he brings with him a wide range of experience in the industry. James works closely with brokers and stakeholders to deliver tailored underwriting solutions that balance technical rigour with commercial insight.
