Leo is CEO of Integra Technical Services and is responsible for the day to day running of the business including delivering the company’s strategic action plan, managing financial performance, client relationship management, recruitment, being line manager to the members of the Leadership Team, and sponsoring various internal projects. He chairs Integra’s Executive and Leadership Teams and is also a MIRA Board Member.  Leo joined Integra in 2015.

Prior to this role he was the Global Head of Energy at Zurich Insurance Plc. with overarching financial and technical authority for Energy claims, and a matrix manager to 18 international based colleagues, plus line manager to 6 colleagues in the UK.  He handled the largest Energy losses and led the market in the handling of the fourth largest offshore energy loss in history.  He was a member of Global Claims Leadership Team and the UK CEO’s Senior Leadership Team.  During the period 2006 – 2011 Leo was JLT’s Energy Claims Team Manager and before that he spent five years as a Claims Consultant with Indecs LLP (formerly part of CTC).”
