Nicola leads the Marine & Natural Resources division at MS Amlin, one of the largest syndicates at Lloyd’s and part of the leading global MS&AD Insurance Group.

A proven leader who has spent her career challenging the status quo and leading and developing consistently profitable teams, while her 30 years in insurance spans broking and underwriting.

Experienced at managing multi million books of business, Nicola is also skilled at developing relationships with clients across the globe, with deep experience in the African and Middle East energy markets.

After starting her career in the London market, she then spent 10 years working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa before returning to London in 2019.

Nicola is looking forward to being the moderator rather than the panellist, for once!
