Paul is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s energy insurance team in London. Over the last 15 years Paul has developed a highly regarded practice acting for insurers on coverage and subrogation and for insureds and insurers in relation to defence of liabilities. In addition to advising on oil & gas and engineering losses, Paul is regarded as the market-leading lawyer in relation to renewable power losses – including offshore and onshore wind and solar. Paul is a regular speaker at industry events, including the Offshore Energy session at the IUMI Conference, the Lillehammer Energy Claims Conference, the International Association of Engineering Insurers (IMIA) and the European Wind Turbine Committee. Paul is a past member of the Lillehammer YLECC Committee and assists the LMA Renewables Committee in relation to wording issues
