Have started my career at Stewart Wrightson in 1983 , I moved to Sedgwick International Property in 1986 through to 1992 . I joined Leslie and Godwin in 1992 straight after Aon had bought their parent , Frank B Hall . I have then been with the group ever since , in many different roles . For the last 12 years I have led the London Energy Practice  as well as having the Marine Practice report through me for the last 6 years . I am a member of the Global Leadership Group for Energy .
